Zac Efron sent the girls crazy at Melbourne's Jam Factory last night at the Premiere of his latest movie '17 Again' with many teens lining up from as early as 8am - and some admitting they ditched school for the event!
Gossip Bitch was on ground (pfft as if I was going to miss an opportunity to meet Zac again?!) and managed to have a chat with Zacahary amid the chaos!
When asked how he was enjoying his time in our fair land, he admitted that he sure was.
"It's been great so far. I always inevitably get a couple of days off to hang out and go surfing"
*girls immediately run screaming to the surrounding beaches*
A little birdy also told us that Zac was playing poker on Sunday night with the Kings of Leon, who also just so happened to be staying at his hotel, the swanky Crown Towers. So Gossip Bitch wanted to know who won of course!
"Well you know [Australian poker champion] Joe hasham was at the table so who do you think won?"
And just a heads up for anyone thinking about checking out his new flick - Zac gets his shirt off in the first 30 seconds of the movie. ZOMG! That's including the opening credits and everything!
So, what does he think about that?
"It's great."
We agree.
And how does he handle the hearththrob thing?
"It's pretty fun. I'm in a good place right now."
Also at the event were D-listers such as 4 of the Miss Universe Victoria finalists, that guy from Neighbours, that other guy from Neighbours, that chick that was on McLeoud's daughters and that football player's wife.
